What could be better than being charitable in this happy season? Being charitable in the way YOU want to be charitable.
There’s a way for everyone to help others. I’m always impressed by the people that actually do stuff. Penny-Arcade is one such place that makes me happy. They’re doing their charity for children’s hospitals again this year. It’s called Child’s Play Charity and it gives the gift of games and toys to children in 5 different children’s hospitals around the U.S. It was orginally started because the guys at Penny-Arcade were sick of people saying how bad gamers were, how evil and prone to cruelty and violence they were, etc. So this was their answer. Last year, Seattle Hospital received about $250,000 worth of loot for their kids.
So i’m writing about it because it makes me happy.
