Perks of the job

I figured this summer internship stuff would be cool, but i never imagined such huge perks!
Thanks to NetAid and their connections with the ONE campaign, i got to get into the concert in the very front pit! I know i mentioned this before, but it’s so awesome i had to write it again! I finally posted pics on it in my new photo album section. You can see them here if you go to the album marked “Live8 Concert.” I haven’t really set up this album in the right way yet. In fact, it doesn’t even have a “back to home” button yet. Sorry guys; this is sort of ad hoc. (BTW, let me know which album style you prefer--Flash one or this new version) The pics aren’t in the right order for some reason, so i they’re actually backwards from the way they’re *supposed* to go. Hope you all can deal.
In the morning press conference session, we got to get up close and personal with Jar of Clay and Chris Tucker--they were literally 4 feet away. Weird. But really, it wasn’t all that exciting. It just sounds exciting to write about it somehow.
Anyway, i would write about it, but i just took a long time to caption each picture, so you can probably figure out how i feel about the day from those brief statements. Please feel free to comment on the pics.
Yay! New toys! Enjoy!
hey kat, i prefer the flash albums when i’m on a fast internet connection (ie home) but here at work the flash albums are painfully slow to load up. so in that case, this format works better.
so i guess i’m suffering from deep personal indecision on this issue.
